Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services provided by ZOBUT GAMES TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI ("Zobut", "we", "us"), including Tinoba - AI Sports Hub, AIMatches - AI Match Analysis and Tonbuk, and our website zobut.com (together, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You can use some Services as a guest or sign in with Google or another method we offer. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it. Tell us right away at support@zobut.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• Guest accounts may be tied to your device. If you uninstall the app or change devices without linking an account, your progress and purchases made in the app may be lost.
• You may not sell, transfer or share your account.

3. License to use the apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the apps except where the law allows it; access the Services with bots, scrapers or other automated means; interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

4. Community rules

Some Services let you chat, comment, add friends and play with other people. When you use them, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully, insult or impersonate anyone;
• post or send content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, illegal, or that infringes anyone's rights;
• send spam, advertising, scams or links to malicious content;
• share other people's personal information without their consent;
• cheat, exploit bugs or use unauthorised software to gain an advantage;
• contact or attempt to meet minors for any inappropriate purpose.

You can report or block users in the apps. We may review reported content and remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice where necessary to protect our users.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, comments, usernames, photos and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Services. You confirm that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not break these Terms or the law. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

7. Coins and virtual items

Some apps offer coins, lives, boosts or other virtual items ("Virtual Items") that you can earn, receive by watching ads or buy. Virtual Items give you a limited license to use them inside the app only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may change, limit or stop offering Virtual Items. Unused Virtual Items are lost if your account is deleted or terminated, except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

• All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions (for example Tinoba Pro or premium packages) renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Google Play account is charged when the subscription renews.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy and the consumer laws that apply to you. Contact us if you have a problem with a purchase and we will do our best to help.
• We may change prices or the content of paid features. Price changes for subscriptions take effect from the next renewal period after notice, as required by Google Play and applicable law.

9. Advertising and third parties

The Services may display ads and contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and your dealings with them are governed by their terms. Some features rely on third-party services, such as Google sign-in and Google Play, which have their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including the apps, software, design, text, graphics, logos and the Zobut, Tinoba, AIMatches and Tonbuk names, are owned by Zobut or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in section 3, these Terms do not give you any rights to them. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect our users or the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 6, 10, 12, 13 and 14) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that data will always be accurate or up to date.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zobut will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or Virtual Items, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by other appropriate means. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
